CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

for the Bungalows and Prince Croft Cott
  1. Please phone or email to confirm availability of your chosen week or weeks.
  2. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance of the hire fee is to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the date of arrival.
  3. We have accepted your booking when we send you written confirmation.
  4. The accommodation may only be used by the members of the party listed on the booking form unless a written agreement is made. Please note the maximum number of people per bungalow is 4 for the small ones and 6 for the large ones. With a maximum number of 4 people in Prince Croft Cott.
  5. All bookings are accepted on condition that the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition and all breakages and damage are reported and paid for.
  6. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to visitors' property.
  7. The cancellation of bookings must be advised immediately and then confirmed in writing, deposits are non-refundable. We advise all our guests to take holiday insurance.
  8. Dogs are allowed in the bungalows on the clear understanding that they are not left alone under any circumstances. Sorry no dogs in Prince Croft Cott.
  9. Both the bungalows and Prince Croft Cott are non-smoking.
