Bookings have been accepted when we send a written confirmation.
The accommodation is available from 3.00pm and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. The bungalow should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
A deposit of 25% is to be paid when booking. The balance of the hire terms is payable four weeks before the arrival date. Please make cheques payable to D.A. & T.A. Mears.
Short breaks are available from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday outside the peak periods. To calculate the cost for a long weekend use the weekly tariff and divide by 7, multiply by 3 and add a £40 supplement. For the mid-week break divide the weekly rate by 7, multiply by 4 and add a £30 supplement. Please telephone for availability.
Sorry - no pets. The cottage is non-smoking.
